Mosaid, Infineon Settle Protracted Patent Litigation

Law360 (June 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Memory chip companies Mosaid Technologies Inc. and Infineon Technologies AG settled two patent infringement lawsuits Wednesday, putting an end to an acrimonious battle fought for years in courtrooms on both coasts.

As part of the settlement, Infineon will license all of Mosaid patents for a six-year term and can use the Mosaid patents in dispute for the life of the patents.
