Judge Tells Microsoft To Get To Work On Documents

Law360, New York (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Although Microsoft Corp. is making progress toward publishing technical documents required as part of an antitrust consent decree, a federal judge reportedly scolded the software giant Thursday for not moving more quickly.

During a quarterly status conference in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said Microsoft should not have written in a report that the documentation it has already produced “fully complies with the final judgments.”
