Texas Jury Clears Google, Samsung Of Infringement Claims

Law360, New York (September 24, 2015, 3:19 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal jury on Wednesday concluded that Google Inc. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. did not infringe a handful of digital rights management patents held by privacy technology company ContentGuard Holdings Inc., which had sought more than $500 million in damages for the alleged infringement.
