Nike Faces 9th Circ. Appeal Of Jordan 'Jumpman' Logo Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2015, 8:52 PM EDT) -- A photographer who claims Nike Inc. copied his photo for its iconic Michael Jordan “Jumpman” logo urged the Ninth Circuit to revive the copyright infringement suit, saying Monday the district court relied on an incorrect standard to find the apparel giant hadn’t infringed.
