Skullcandy Moves To Dismiss Patent Suit V. Audiovox

Law360, New York (October 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Audio products company Skullcandy Inc. on Thursday moved to settle its lawsuit against wireless communications products supplier Audiovox Corp. over a patent for an integrator that allows a user to use a music player and a mobile telephone through one set of headphones.

According to the docket, New York-based Audiovox would be the last company to settle the case, brought by Utah-based Skullcandy in March in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against several companies.
