Judge Sends Clear Channel To Trial In Airport Ads Suit

Law360, New York (October 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied most of the motions for summary judgment filed by Atlanta and a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications Inc. in a suit alleging the city and media giant conspired to keep other bidders out of a contract for advertising in the city's airport.
