Prison Co. Urges Quick Appeal In Detainee Forced Labor Row

Law360, New York (October 22, 2015, 2:18 PM EDT) -- The owner of a private detention center in Colorado accused of forcing immigrant detainees to work for little or no pay urged a federal judge Wednesday to allow it to immediately appeal to the Tenth Circuit his refusal to toss the case, saying such an appeal might help resolve the case more efficiently.
