Sports Tape Doesn't Relieve Pain, Class Suit Says

Law360, New York (October 30, 2015, 8:58 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts resident hit KT Health Inc. and its affiliates with a putative class action in Massachusetts federal court on Friday, claiming the company has been manufacturing, advertising and selling an elastic sport and fitness tape called KT Tape, that does not deliver the pain relief and injury treatment results it promises.
