College Board Seeks Injunction For Alleged SAT Thief

Law360 (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The company that owns the SAT college-entry exam has asked a federal judge for a permanent injunction and a final judgment against a man who allegedly made illegal photocopies of several versions of the test and offered them to students who enrolled in his company’s SAT test preparation courses.
