Wells Fargo Fights To Stave Off Citigroup Damages

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The wrangling between Wells Fargo & Co. and Citigroup Inc. heated up Tuesday when Wells Fargo filed its own lawsuit against Citigroup over their fight to acquire ailing Wachovia Corp.
