Ex-Customer Rips Stay Bid In Time Warner Telemarketing Row

Circuit.

Raquel S. Mejia, who claims the company violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act when it attempted to win back her business by repeatedly calling through an autodialer, told the judge TWC had not made clear how the D.C. Circuit case would clarify her dispute with the company.
