Merck Pushes To Sever Plaintiffs In Fosamax MDL

Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Merck & Co. Inc. urged a district court judge on Thursday to sever a dozen cases from an expansive multidistrict litigation over the osteoporosis drug Fosamax, while the plaintiffs countered that the cases should be remanded to state court.
