Lumber Liquidators False Ad Suit Survives Bid To Toss

Law360, New York (December 1, 2015, 5:26 PM EST) -- A California federal judge preserved allegations in a proposed class action that Lumber Liquidators violated California state law by hiding information from consumers on Monday, and gave the consumers two weeks to fix problems with the rest of the suit claiming the company sold defective flooring.
