Law360 (October 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Employers are increasingly turning to Web sites like MySpace and Facebook as cheap and convenient alternatives to applicant background checks, but the online social networks are rife with legal pitfalls for a company that is looking to hire, labor and employment attorneys warn.
