EPA Sued For Not Regulating PVC Emissions

Law360 (October 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has been hit with a lawsuit filed by several environmental groups that allege the agency has violated the Clean Air Act by failing to issue lawful standards for all hazardous pollutants released from plants that manufacture vinyl.
