Judge May Modify Terms Of Telecom Deals

Law360 (July 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Although the two largest telecommunications mergers in history have already been approved by regulators, a federal judge is raising questions about some of the specifics of the agreements and may order major changes.
