Philip Morris, RJR Face Woman's Lung Cancer Claims At Trial

Law360, San Francisco (January 25, 2016, 11:04 PM EST) -- An ex-smoker's personal injury trial against tobacco heavyweights Philip Morris and R.J. Reynolds entered its second week in California federal court Monday as a director from the Roswell Park Cancer Institute described how cigarette ad campaigns misled the public about the dangers of smoking.
