Sprint Loses Bid To Nix Suit Over Service Contracts

Law360 (October 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday denied Sprint Nextel Corp.'s motion to dismiss a putative class action alleging the company defrauded “hundreds of thousands, if not millions” of customers when it imposed cell phone contract extensions without their consent.
