McDonald’s Hit With Class Action Over ‘Mozzarella Sticks’

Law360, New York (February 1, 2016, 3:26 PM EST) -- A McDonald’s Corp. customer slapped the fast food chain with a proposed class action in California federal court on Friday, alleging that the mozzarella sticks sold at its restaurants do not contain actual mozzarella cheese in spite of advertisements that suggest otherwise.
