Having watched all of the "Star Wars" movies, it occurred to me while watching "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," that the most fundamental source of disturbances in the Force are key characters — employees, if you will, for the purposes of this article — joining competitor masters (employers) with catastrophic results. Darth Vader, Count Dooku and Kylo Ren all started their careers with the Jedi before leaving to a competitor....
