3rd Circ. Won't Revive Homeowner Suit Against M&T Bank

Law360, Los Angeles (February 19, 2016, 8:00 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Friday refused to revive a putative class action in which homeowners accused M&T Bank Corp. and its subsidiaries of operating an illegal captive reinsurance scheme, ruling the plaintiffs filed the suit after a statute of limitations had expired.
