Call Center Worker Dials Up AmEx With Overtime Suit

Law360 (November 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Financial services giant American Express Co. is facing a proposed collective action alleging that it failed to pay proper overtime to its customer service representatives and other call center employees.
