Tropicana Creditors, Debtors Feud Over Casino Sale

Law360 (November 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The debtors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of casino operator Tropicana Entertainment LLC are locked in a battle with the committee of unsecured creditors over the proposed sale of a casino that the debtors argue is necessary given the turbulent economy.
