Law360, New York (March 11, 2016, 2:11 PM EST) -- Matt Richardson is co-chairman of Alston & Bird LLP's international arbitration and dispute resolution practice. Based in the firm's Atlanta office, he focuses on international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. Richardson has represented clients in ICC, AAA ICDR, SCC and ad hoc arbitrations in Asia, Europe and the Middle East in a variety of subject matters, including intellectual property claims, disputes over F/RAND compensation, construction disputes and breach of contract cases. Domestically, Richardson has defended health care companies, software developers and technology manufacturers in litigation and arbitration throughout the United States. He has class action and MDL experience representing clients in suits relating to consumer protection act claims, product liability suits and constitutional claims. Prior to working at Alston & Bird, he clerked for the Hon. J. Owen Forrester of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Richardson is a member of the advisory board of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and a member of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society....
