Jeffer Mangels Snags Former Alston & Bird IP Partner
Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2016, 7:40 PM EST) -- Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP on Friday said that it hired a new intellectual property partner from Alston & Bird LLP with experience handling patent and copyright litigation and trials, including disputes over medical devices, cellphones and software systems.
Rachel Capoccia joined Jeffer Mangels in its Los Angeles office, the firm said. She has worked with clients in a diverse array of technologies such as digital cameras, Internet-based software systems, biotechnology, cellular telephony, video and audio conferencing systems, image processing software and others.
