Wage Class Action Against Kelly Services Tossed

Law360, New York (November 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Holding that temporary workers are not “discharged” after every assignment, a federal judge has dismissed a putative class action that accused a temp agency of violating the California Labor Code by failing to pay workers promptly upon the completion of an employment stint.
