By Andrew McIntyre ( March 18, 2016, 11:24 AM EDT) -- Cape Advisors Inc. has scored $83.85 million in financing from a pair of lenders for a condo project in Tribeca, according to a report on Thursday from Crain's New York Business. Bank of the Ozarks has loaned $64.8 million for the project and Terra Capital Partners loaned $19.05 million, Crain's said. The 12-story project is at 30 Warren St., and is expected to be finished in 18 months, according to the report....
