2nd Circ. Overturns AT&T's Win In Security Guard OT Row

Law360, Washington (March 14, 2016, 8:44 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Monday refused to let AT&T Mobility LLC escape from an overtime class action brought by a group of security guards, finding that a New York federal court wrongly tossed the case when a jury could plausibly find that the telecom giant is implicated in unpaid wage claims.
