Orthopedic Industry Braces For Possible Storm

Law360 (July 25, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- It took a couple of weeks, but the number of class action lawsuits against orthopedic device makers is growing in the wake of revelations that the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating 75% of the orthopedic industry for alleged price-fixing.
