By Andrew McIntyre ( March 25, 2016, 2:09 PM EDT) -- Bill Gates has dropped $13.5 million to purchase a property neighboring his home in Wellington, Florida, according to a report on Thursday from Gossip Extra. Gates bought 3060 Mallet Hill Court, a 7,000-square-foot property, from developer Stuart Roffman, and the purchase is part of a plan to own the entire block, according to the report. Gates is in negotiations for three other nearby properties and has a contract pending for yet a fourth additional purchase, Gossip Extra reported....
