Feds Pursue Phone Hack Sans Apple, Postponing Hearing

Law360, Los Angeles (March 21, 2016, 10:30 PM EDT) -- The California federal judge overseeing the dispute between Apple and the U.S. Department of Justice over data on a mass shooting suspect’s phone canceled a highly anticipated hearing after the FBI said Monday it might be able to break into the phone without Apple’s help.
