Law360, New York (March 24, 2016, 4:17 PM EDT) -- About 175 Pittsburgh-area residents blaming their cancer on enriched uranium allegedly released from a now-decommissioned Nuclear Materials and Equipment Corp. nuclear materials facility on Wednesday asked the Third Circuit to let a jury hear their case against company successor Babcock & Wilcox Co.
