DOJ Met 'Most' Due Process Needs In No-Fly Suit, Judge Says

Law360, Washington (March 29, 2016, 2:31 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge let the U.S. Department of Justice out of one piece of a lawsuit over its procedures for putting individuals on the No-Fly List on Monday, concluding a revised process to challenge listings met “most” procedural due-process requirements from an earlier order.
