Fed. Circuit Upholds Ruling In Cell Phone Dispute

Law360, New York (July 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. Appeals Court upheld a lower court decision Wednesday that will allow Sony Ericsson to continue marketing two different cell phones.

In the case, first filed with the U.S. District Court in Dallas in February 2005, Wireless Agents LLC alleged that Sony’s S700i and S710a mobile phones infringed one of its patents on hand-held electronic computing devices.
