9th Circ. Agrees To Speed Up Sailors' $1B Fukushima Suit

Law360, New York (April 5, 2016, 6:28 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday granted a group of U.S. sailors’ request that it expedite a $1 billion lawsuit alleging Tokyo Electric Power Co. is responsible for radiation injuries the sailors say they suffered during their response to the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
