NY Judge Orders WeWork Termination Suit Into Arbitration

Law360, New York (April 5, 2016, 6:51 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday said a former employee of WeWork Companies Inc. must arbitrate her wrongful termination claims against the shared workspace startup in New York, even though she was the first to file a suit involving the same issue and parties in California federal court.
