Law360, New York (December 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Attorney Michael Hausfeld, the ousted chairman and former named partner of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, has prevailed in his bid to remain co-lead counsel for plaintiffs in the massive antitrust class action against major airlines over cargo shipping fees, despite his forced departure from the firm.
