Suit Says Starbucks' 'Half-Level' Iced Drinks A Rip-Off

Law360, Los Angeles (April 27, 2016, 11:06 PM EDT) -- Starbucks Corp. is stiffing consumers of its premium-priced cold drinks by providing much less beverage by fluid ounce in the cup than what’s ordered and paid for, a proposed class action in Illinois federal court alleged Wednesday.
