Feds Blast Tribal Claim To Holy Site At Solar Power Plant

Law360, New York (May 9, 2016, 9:37 PM EDT) -- The federal government and the owner of a solar power plant in the Mojave Desert have asked the U.S. Supreme Court not to hear a Native American religious challenge to the project, saying the case is meritless and too vague.
