Law360, New York (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge in Sacramento has given the green light to a class action settlement between Starbucks Corp. and thousands of Starbucks supervisors and managers who accused the company of failing to reimburse them for expenses they incurred while using their personal vehicles to perform work-related duties.
Judge Morris C. England of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California signed off on an order conferring final approval on the settlement on Wednesday.
