Employment Cases To Watch In 2009

Law360, New York (December 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court and a federal appeals court are set to rule on a series of major employment disputes in 2009, including a case that could open the floodgates to more retaliation claims and a long-running case between retail giant Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and the largest certified discrimination class action in history.
