Argentina Can't Move $200M In Pension Funds: Judge

Law360, New York (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Addressing more than 70 lawsuits related to a massive bond default by the government of Argentina, a judge has barred the country from transferring about $200 million in Argentinean pension funds out of the United States, where the funds are currently being held.
