BofA ERISA Class Action Moves Ahead

Law360, New York (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Although a judge has tossed part of the suit, a proposed class action alleging that Bank of America and others violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by paying excessive fees on the investments in pension plans will go forward on remaining 401(k)-related claims.
