Law360, New York (June 27, 2016, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Silent Circle LLC, whose super-secure "Blackphone" has been billed as "NSA-proof" and has won praise from privacy advocates, has skipped out on a $5 million debt and is considering bankruptcy after several major distribution deals fell through, according to a suit filed by a business partner in New York state court on Friday.
