NY May Reopen Some Discovery In DRAM MDL

Law360 (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The state of New York may reopen discovery on a portion of affirmative defenses asserted by manufacturers in the ongoing multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory market, a federal judge has ruled.
