DynCorp Chem Spray Suit Given Second Wind

Law360, Washington (July 15, 2016, 4:58 PM EDT) -- A D.C. federal judge gave some much-needed lifeblood to two lawsuits against DynCorp over an anti-drug herbicide operation in Colombia, saying Friday she was not buying the defense contractor’s argument that rulings against 20 plaintiffs apply to the roughly 2,000-strong class allegedly exposed to the chemical.
