Apple Drops ITunes Copyright Restrictions

Law360 (January 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Although Apple Inc. has decided to remove copyright restrictions so its iTunes music can be played on devices other than its own products, the change of heart is not likely to get the software company off the hook from ongoing antitrust litigation stemming from the restrictions.
