Judge Tosses Genesco Investor's Suit Against UBS

Law360 (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative class action filed by an investor in footwear company Genesco Inc., who alleged that financial services giant UBS AG unfairly derailed a failed 2007 acquisition of Genesco by athletic apparel retailer The Finish Line Inc.
