High Court Asks DOJ For Input In DVR Copyright Case

Law360 (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has asked the U.S. Department of Justice to weigh in on a high-stakes copyright dispute between Cablevision System Corp. and a group of broadcasting companies and film studios.
