Wachovia Settles With Bankrupt Builder Over Lien

Law360 (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Wachovia Bank NA has dropped its appeal against Levitt and Sons LLC in an adversary case over a $100 million lien — a fight in which a Chicago title insurer intervened on behalf of the bankrupt home builder and home buyers.
